Then you can bolt do a protractor alignment. Put the truck on a level
spot. Get the tires as close to vertical as you can tell, and adjust the
tie rods so that the tires are the same distance apart in the front and
rear. Then get an alignment.
If you can, drive the truck for a day or two to get the suspension to
settle, and re-adjust the torsion bars for the correct height. Then
re-torque all of the bolts.
The alignment was done by Safety Service on 16th and Nicholas in Omaha,
NE. They had my truck in at 8:30am, and was done by 11:00am. The
steering wheel was straight, and the truck drove as straight as it did
from the factory. I would recommend them to anyone. B.T.W. They were
recommended to me by Banzai 4wd in Omaha.
Then I installed the new tires, the truck felt a little loose on the
32's on stock wheels with the kit, but solid on the wider 38's, as stable
as or better than stock.
The truck drives great, still pulls well with the 3.73's and the engine
modifications. Next year maybe -
