Delivery

The car was delivered in December of 1998. It was two weeks late and tension was high. The delivery company's truck had broken down near Kansas city, MO. It was so close, yet so far. I was ready to hookup the car trailer and go get it myself. We were supposed to take a trip the weekend that the car was to finally show up. My wife was ready to leave for the trip, and forget about the car. I managed to keep her here for a couple of more hours. We finally gave up, and were leaving our circle, when the driver showed up with the car. My wife was patient enough with me, to let me get the car in the garage before we left.
